Please note that the Why Not Ranch will be closing on October 1, 2010 to trail riders and campers and we will not reopen. I thank everyone who has supported this place and enjoyed the beauty and “special-ness” of what the Why Not was all about. Unfortunately, the high cost of operating a place like this for the public has become too much of a financial burden and I find it difficult to throw good money after bad. It’s been a fun ride and I’ve enjoyed meeting so many, many wonderful people – happy trails to all of you and I thank you once again for the miles of smiles. - Beth

Join us in another wonderful ride to help raise money for the Maury Magic Riders. The first ride will be around 10 AM followed by lunch and special activities. Then an afternoon ride is planned to head out around 2 PM. Plan to come join in on the fun and help create some real Magic for the Maury Magic Riders. Jason and his mule/wagon gang will be camping here and it’s the “more the merrier” kind of weekend.
The new trails are open – pack a lunch and adventure on all the trails all day or following the wagons and see some of the most beautiful back roads that TN has to offer. Either way you choose, it’s bound to be an exceptional weekend. Let’s end it all with a bang, hobnob with some of the best people you’ll ever know and have the biggest blowout there ever was!!! One rides, we all ride, one way or another!! Larry will be smoking some butts on Saturday(you know how that man loves to do those up right!!) and if you choose to bring a covered dish, it would be much appreciated. Evening meal will be served around 6 PM on Saturday 9/25. it’s gonna be a fun weekend, so WHY NOT be a part of it?! Reservations are already limited but we’ll take care of you as best we can.
